CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Until 1 May 2018;
- 50% of the paid fees will be refunded, after that date no refund will be possible.

Conference language: Georgian and English
Conference abstracts will be published on the official web-page of the conference, as well as recorded on CDs.
Abstract should be written in English.
Abstract Submission Instructions:
- The text must not exceed 250 words, excluding title and authors.
- maximum 3 institutions per author is allowed.
- Tables may be included.
- You may be presenting author of only one paper, but co-author of any number of abstracts.
Format: MS Word 2010-2013, Times New Roman, size – 11, line spacing – 1, margins: top/bottom – 2.5 cm, right – 1 cm, left – 3 cm. Please send abstract on the following email: hgh.conference@gmail.com until April 25. Please indicate authors contact information at the end of the abstract.
The abstract should include
- title, surname and initials of authors
- Name of Institutions
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Poster presentation
Poster should be presented in English
