Correspondence and Records Office

Correspondence and Records Office is a structural unit of the University, including archival services. Correspondence and Records Officeoperates in compliance with the Legislation of Georgia, Subordinate Normative Acts of Georgia, University Statutes, Internal Regulations, Orders of Rector and Chancellor and Provisions of Rector’s Office. 

Correspondence and Recording services at Tbilisi State Medical University are conducted electronically, through document process automation platform (eflow) and in material form. 

Main Goals and Functions of the Correspondence and Records Office:

• Ensure providing unified and smooth correspondence and recording services in the University;

• Improvement of the methods for working on documents, unification of the forms of documents, reduction of document turnover and elaboration of relevant recommendations;

• Preparation of documents within the established terms, their timely delivery to the performer and monitoring performance in accordance with the unified rules on correspondence and recording  services and other applicable normative acts;

• Providing the University archive services;

• Archiving and security of archived documents.
