Tbilisi State Medical University is
constructing a modern dormitory for its students. The construction process is
currently in an active phase. TSMU aims to provide both Georgian and
international students with a high-standard residence where they can live in a
comfortable and quality environment.
The TSMU Student Dormitory/Hotel is
being built in the historic district of Tbilisi at 14 Uznadze Street. The
building will have seven floors and accommodate up to 800 residents, enabling
the complex to host not only students but also TSMU guests.
The dormitory will include:
- Library
facilities
- Dining
areas
- Spaces
for sports and recreational activities
- Underground
parking area with a capacity of 25 vehicles
- Various
types of residential rooms, including both individual and shared
accommodations
Students will have the option to
live alone or share rooms with several peers, depending on their preference.
Technical specifications and
infrastructure:
- Total
construction area: 16,000 sq.m.
- Recreational
space: at least 450 sq.m.
