Tbilisi State Medical University hosted partners and professors from Emory University School of Medicine (USA). Professors Gordon Chuchvord and Merry Jo Lekovich visited TSMU to evaluate the quality of teaching methods at US MD program. The partners met administrative and academic staff of the program. Course -“Become a Doctor” is an important component of the program which was also evaluated and consulted by the professors from the USA. Prof. Jo Lekovich met the small-group coordinators and assessed their work. Professor also met students individually and delivered workshops to academic staff. The fourth grade students had OSCE exams. The US delegation attended the exam and later evaluated with Georgia colleagues .
