TSMU Medicine Faculty students spent summer internship at Landshut and Weilheim Clinics (Germany), under the supervision of Professors Lorian Lohe, Georgios Meimarakis and Dr. Wolfgang Schneider. The students were distributed in the Departments of General and Vascular Surgery, Therapy, Traumatology and Emergency Services. Georgian students participated in educational and scientific activities, radiology conferences and assisted surgeons on the operations. The students noted that the knowledge and experience gained in Germany was necessary for their career development and thanked the Tbilisi State Medical University Honorable Doctor Giorgi Grigolia for the program.
