The Traditional Women's Music Ensemble "Deka" and the Men's Folk Song Ensemble of the

Cultural Centre of Tbilisi State Medical University participated in the "Art-Gene 2026"

Georgian Folklore and Folk Art Festival, presenting a diverse concert programme.

The ensembles performed a selection of outstanding examples of Georgian traditional music,

introducing festival audiences to the richness, diversity, and distinctive character of the country's

musical heritage. Their performances received warm appreciation from the audience and were

met with enthusiastic acclaim.

The Art-Gene Festival is one of Georgia's most prominent cultural events, dedicated to the

preservation, promotion, and popularization of Georgian folk art, traditional music, and
