On September 26, 2024 within the framework of the Young Scientists' Week, an event "Young Scientists for a Better Future of the Planet" was held in Gori. The opening ceremony was attended by members of the Georgian Parliament and representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia. Tbilisi State Medical University was represented by students, Professor Luiza Gabunia Director of Scientific Research-Skills Center, Professor Irma Manjavidze Head of the Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulation Center and Malkhaz Getia Director of TSMU Iovel KuTateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry.
Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulations Center along with the Iovel Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry presented activities: "First Aid - To Save Lives!" and "Georgian Pharmacy, Science, and Medicine - From Traditions to the Future." The educational and interactive events organized by Tbilisi State Medical University garnered significant interest and active participation from the public.
