On July 19-23, 2024 Zurab Tatishvili Head of the Department of Clinical Relations of Tbilisi State Medical University and Mikheil Diakonidze, Scientific Research Development Coordinator of the Department of Clinical Relations of Tbilisi State Medical University visited Hanover (Germany). The aim of the visit was to meet potential employers (medical institutions) and expand summer employment and internship opportunities for students of Tbilisi State Medical University. 

The delegation met administrative and medical staff of various clinics and specialized hospices. The discussions focused on the potential for increasing the number of vacancies available within the framework of summer employment programs.

“Several medical institutions expressed their interest to expand the range of positions offered within the framework of the summer employment program. One of the new institutions expressed a desire to integrate into the project. These outcomes will significantly contribute to the diversification and expansion of summer employment/internship opportunities for Tbilisi State Medical University students" noted Zurab Tatishvili Head of the Department of Clinical Relations of Tbilisi State Medical University
