On July 5-7, 2021 within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project "Strengthening the Quality and Relevance of the Third Mission in Georgian Universities" workshops were organized at the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
Prof. Khatuna Todadze, TSMU Vice-Rector, Assoc. Prof. Giorgi Tchitchinadze, Head of the TSMU Public Relations Department, Dr. Nino Kandelaki, ERASMUS+ Institutional Coordinator and Assoc. Prof. Pirdara Nozadze, Department of TSMU Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulation Center participated in the workshop.
The aim of the project is to improve the quality and relevance of the third mission activities at Georgian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), also develop methodologies and guidelines for planning, implementing, and evaluating the third mission strategies. Eight Georgian HEIs, three European universities, the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia take part in the project. International partners conducted training for Georgian audience. At the end of the workshop further activities were planned.
