On June 1-5, 2019 Assoc. Professor of TSMU Department of Immunology and Microbiology, Ketevan Matchavariani, participated in the congress - The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology EAACI-2019, Lisbon (Portugal). Assoc. Prof. Ketevan Matchavariani and Assoc. Prof of TSU, Department of Biology, Division of Immunology and Microbiology Nunu Mitskevich presented report “The Role of the γδ T Cell in Allergic Diseases”. The report will be published on the EAACI web e-journal. 

The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) is an association of clinicians, researchers and allied health professionals, dedicated to improving the health of people affected by allergic diseases.  EAACI organizes congress every year and Assoc. Prof. Ketevan Matchavariani has been the member of the academy since 1998.
