A masterclass - “Designing, Delivering, and Evaluating CPD for Maximum Impact” was conducted at Tbilisi State Medical University by Professor Lawrence Sherman, President of Meducate Global, LLC.

The event, organized by the Department of Faculty Development and Strategic Planning of TSMU, was attended by academic staff and representatives of the university’s clinical centers. Moreover, participants from various higher educational institutions also participated in the masterclass. Professor Sherman discussed the international experience in the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) processes. The session was held in an interactive format, providing participants with the opportunity to share their own experiences and receive practical recommendations.

Hosting and organizing such masterclasses with the participation of international trainers plays a crucial role in TSMU’s ongoing efforts to continuously improve the quality of education and support the professional development of its academic community.
