From November 26 to December 5, 2013 Tbilisi International Festival of Amateur Student’s Theaters – “Mask 2013” was held at Tbilisi State Medical University.
Amateur Student’s Theaters Association was established in 2012 and for the first time the association founded Festival of Amateur Student’s Theaters – “Mask”. The festival is annual and theaters of different universities from any country participate in.
The goals of the festival are: communication between the universities, sharing the experience, professional collaboration and creative work, popularization of art and making students life more colorful.
The first festival was successfully held on December 10 – 17, 2012. The host of the festival was Tbilisi State Medical University and six Georgian universities participated in.

Tbilisi International Festival of Amateur Student’s Theaters - “Mask 2013” was opened on November 26 in Red Hall of Tbilisi State Medical University.
Opening ceremony was attended by Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Professor Zurab Vadachkoria, Vice-Rector, Professor Kakhaber Chelidze, Deputy Rector, Professor Rima Beriashvili, Head of Quality Assurance, Professor Irine Kvachadze, Representatives of Tbilisi City Hall, TSMU Academic and Administrative Staff and students from the participant universities.
