On November 10, 2018, Tbilisi State Medical University hosted the closing ceremony of the first International Dance, Song and Art Festival "Iveria Diamond".

In the International Festival participated 15 ensembles and performing groups from four countries with active integration of disabled persons: Georgia, Poland, Germany and Ukraine, were integrated.

Festival participants were awarded special gifts and certificates. Two winners: Luka Shevardnadze and Shaban Mamedov will participate in the festival which will be held in Ukraine in April.

The main objective of the festival is the full involvement of persons with disabilities in various fields of art as well as promotion and development of their creativity. Tbilisi State Medical University is always ready to support and be engaged in similar events; TSMU congratulates the winners and wishes the success to each participant.

The festival was held under blessing of Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, the Archbishop of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.
