On October 23, 2013 Head of Department of History of Medicine and Bioethics at Tbilisi State Medical University, Doctor of Sciences, Professor Ramaz Shengelia was awarded by Laureate Diploma of Georgian National Academy of Sciences for his following publication:

Professor Ramaz Shengelia with Laureate of Georgian National Academy of Sciences also became a winner of Zaza Panaskerteli Award.
