On the 3-9^th of August, 2015, Nika Gvazava, Head of Education and Science Department of TSMU Self-Governmental Organization was on business trip in Ohrid (Macedonia)  to attend the General Assembly of ,,the International Federation of Medical Students Associations "(IFMSA).

Among the questions expected to discuss  at the Congress was  represented the membership of “IFMSA-Georgia”. The delegation of Tbilisi State Medical University was registered as a country representative association. From 2017 ,, IMSA- Georgia" will become a full member of the International Federation of Medical Students Associations, and will be given the right to vote.
