UNESCO-ს ოფისში გამართულ სესიებს თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო უნივერსიტეტის წარმომადგენლები დაესწრნენ

Representatives of Tbilisi State Medical University attended the UNESCO sessions

On September 19-20 International Bioethics Committee (IBC), the Intergovernmental Bioethics Committee (IGBC) and the World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology (COMEST) sessions were organized at UNESCO Headquarter, Paris (France). 

Assoc. Prof Ketevan Gambashidze, TSMU Department of Pathophysiology and member of Animal Welfare and Use Ethics Committee and Professor Karen Mulkijanyan, Head of the Department of Preclinical Pharmacological Research at Tbilisi State Medical University I. Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry and President of Georgian Association for Laboratory Animal Science were invited by Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to attend the sessions. 

The Tbilisi State Medical University delegation took active participation in the sessions and listened to the annual reports of Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO and IBC, IGBC and COMEST representatives.
