On October 24-27, 2017, on the initiative of Dr. Irma Kvitsaridze, Honorary Doctor of TSMU,   Prof. Irma Manjavidze Head of Clinical Skills Center of Tbilisi State Medical University was invited  was invited to  the opening ceremony of Nursing Simulation and skills  Center at the University Clinic of Innsbruck (Austria). The event was attended by:  Prof. Dr. Bernhard Tilg, Head of Tyrol Medical Services, regional adviser; Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Buchberger, Medical Director of Innsbruck University Tirol Clinic; Prof. Dr. Stefan Deflorian, Director of Tyrol Clinics;  Prof.Dr. Walter Draxl, Director of Nursing School.  At the meeting organized after the opening ceremony, the close relationship between the Tbilisi State Medical University and the Innsbruck "Interpersonal Training and Simulation Center" was highlighted and prospects for future cooperation were set out. During the visit, Prof. I. Manjavidze  got acquainted with the Center for Radiotherapy and Radiology at Innsbruck University, the novelties implemented  as well as the clinical bases of Clinical Nursing School, and met with Ms. Dr. W. Buchberger, Deputy Director of Nursing education.
