On March 19, 14:00, Pr. Sarfraz Ahmad will deliver a lecture on the topic: „Science in Clinical Practice“.
Dr. Ahmad is Director of Clinical Research at Gynecologic Oncology Department of AdventHealth Cancer Institute (AHCI), Orlando, and has published up to 200 research articles in the field of oncology and hematology (h-index – 45). He is a reviewer for several biomedical journals and has received several competitive research grants and national/international awards for his research accomplishments and contributions.
His current research focus is on the analysis of clinico-pathologic and surgical outcomes of gynecology/oncology patients and to understand the cellular/molecular mechanisms of cancer and related thromboembolic/hematologic disorders. His investigations are also aimed towards the evaluation of novel treatment for better management of hemato-oncologic patients.
The lecture will be held at TSMU, building 2, floor 3 auditorium.
