Tbilisi State Medical University Doctor of Pharmacy, Professor Mary Alania is one of the inventor women in Georgia who was included in top ten women inventors in the world (next to US and UK) according to the International Innovative Women Research Center.  Medicine – “Flaronini” invented in 1985 is one of Professor’s innovations and is used worldwide. The professor has won various scientific prizes, is author of research papers, participant of research forums and 2004 Georgian Science and Technology winner.
