On October 9, 2021 13th International online conference “Health and Ecology” was organized at Tbilisi State Medical University by the TSMU Public Health Department, the Academy of Preventive Medicine and Medical Ecological Association. 

The conference was opened by the TSMU Vice Rector, Professor Sophia Bakhtadze, TSMU Professor Bidzina Zurashvili, Director of N. Makhviladze Scientific-Research Institute of Labour Medicine and Ecology, Professor Rusudan Javakhadze, Professor David Gventsadze, the Georgian Technical University, Professor Giorgi Parulava, the Georgian State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sport and Professor Durmishkhan Chitashvili, Ilia State University. 

The conference was dedicated to the memory of the TSMU Professor, Revaz Kverenchkhiladze. TSMU Professor, Irakli Mtchedlishvili presented report about Professor, Revaz Kverenchkhiladze’s professional life. A memorial story dedicated to the professor was also presented by the Pulse TV.

TSMU students, professors, field specialists participated in the conference. The speaker was the TSMU Associate Professor Marina Giorgobiani. Conference materials were published in the journal “Experimental and Clinical Medicine”.
