Job fair was organized at Tbilisi State Medical University aiming to promote the career development and employment opportunities of TSMU students and graduates. 40 companies operating in the medical sector participated in the forum. Employers presented active job vacancies and internship programs, providing attendees with direct access to current employment opportunities.
As part of the forum, a masterclass was conducted, focusing on key career-related topics: composing an effective CV, communication skills and interview techniques. The companies’ representatives delivered presentations on “Current Demands and Challenges in the Labor Market,” offering valuable insights into employment trends and expectations.
The forum was attended by Professor Irakli Natriashvili, Rector of TSMU. The Rector highlighted the importance of the event for the students and graduates as bringing employers and job seekers together in one space creates a unique opportunity for both sides. Employers can identify and recruit new talent, while students and graduates gain insight into the expectations of various companies, engage in direct conversations with potential employers and learn about the essential skills required for career success.
