On May 7, 2025, within the framework of the student-led scientific
initiative organized by the Ivane Tarkhnishvili Student Scientific Society, Tbilisi
State Medical University continued its faculty-level conference series - Present Your Faculty.
The academic-scientific conference was held under the auspices of the
Faculty of Stomatology. The event was opened by Professor Nana Kipiani, Dean of
the Faculty of Stomatology.
The conference focused on recent advances and emerging challenges in the
field of dentistry. Two outstanding presentations were recognized as winners:
The Ivane Tarkhnishvili Student Scientific Society formalized a Memorandum
of Understanding with the Young Dentists’ League of Georgia.
The memorandum outlines collaboration on joint scientific, educational, and
professional projects. The partnership is expected to create new opportunities
for students, enhance research activities, and promote the development of
professional cooperation.
The next event in the conference series — the Faculty of Pharmacy
Student Academic-Scientific Conference — is scheduled to take place on May
16, at 16:00, in Conference Hall I of TSMU’s
Administrative Building.
