Tbilisi State Medical University was visited by the representatives of the University of Göttingen (Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany). Professor Irakli Natrosvhili, Rector of TSMU and members of the university administration met the guests. The discussion focused on potential areas of collaboration between TSMU and the University of Göttingen. Particular emphasis was placed on prospects for bilateral academic cooperation, including student exchange programs. The role of artificial intelligence in medicine, its application in contemporary clinical practice, and its potential for advancing scientific research were also key topics of discussion.

The two institutions agreed to continue their collaboration, and work has already begun on drafting a Memorandum of Understanding between the universities.
