Tbilisi State Medical University was visited by the representatives of the French Embassy - Camille Nora, Counselor for Culture and Cooperation, Lisa Barrier, Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation and Natia Pkhaladze, a representative of Campus France.

The guests were hosted by Professor Irakli Natroshvili, Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University and members of the International Relations Department. The parties discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation between Tbilisi State Medical University and French higher education institutions. Particularly, student and academic staff mobility within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program and implementation of joint educational projects were highlighted.

The Embassy representatives expressed their desire to support the enhancement of French language teaching at TSMU, as improving French language proficiency will significantly facilitate the academic mobility of TSMU students and their full involvement in educational programs offered by French higher education institutions.
