Tbilisi State Medical University has launched its Faculty Week, a series of events designed to showcase the activities and academic directions of its faculties, enhance student engagement, and strengthen the university’s academic environment.

Organized by the Student Self-Government of TSMU, the week commenced on 9 March with Public Health Faculty Day, which featured a diverse programme of educational and interactive activities.

As part of the event, a public lecture titled “Preventive Medicine: Contemporary Challenges and Development Perspectives” was delivered by Associate Professor Irine Zarnadze. The lecture addressed the significance of preventive medicine, current public health challenges, and future directions for the field.
