Tbilisi State Medical University, in partnership with the Georgian Youth Health Association, held the awards ceremony for the winners of a nationwide School Olympiad aimed at fostering students' interest in the natural sciences, identifying academic excellence, and supporting talented young people.

The Olympiad brought together 2,314 students in grades 10–12 from more than 190 public and private schools across 53 municipalities in Georgia. Participants competed in four disciplines—Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. The top 10 students in each subject were recognized, resulting in 40 award-winning participants overall.

As part of the final stage of the project, the winning students visited Tbilisi State Medical University, where they explored the University's modern educational and research facilities. The programme included visits to the Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulation Center, the Professor Shalva Toidze Museum of Topographic Anatomy, the Museum of Life Sciences, and the TSMU Dental University Clinic.

The visit provided participants with an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into TSMU's learning environment, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and the practical aspects of medical education.

The event concluded with a formal awards ceremony. All winners received certificates and commemorative gifts in recognition of their achievements. Students who earned first place in each of the four competition subjects were presented with laptop computers by Professor Irakli Natroshvili Rector of TSMU.
