In 2017, the book "Oncology" (II), which is titled "Tbilisi State Medical University" and a joint Georgian-Israeli clinic "Guidmed", was published by the editor of the medical sciences doctorate, State Prize Laureate Irakli Nadiradze. Which will make the potential readers think that it is a guide published by the recommendations of the management of the Tbilisi State Medical University, the legal procedure required to publish the textbook. This procedure is defined by the resolution and criteria for assessing educational programs and training literature in the Quality Assurance Service, approved by the Decree # 24/3 of 23 March 2012 of the TSMU Academic Council. As this rule is not preserved, this means that the publisher of the book was unauthorized in the name of the Tbilisi State Medical University.
Then, on behalf of the Tbilisi State Medical University, we will appeal to all interested people to apply the book, if not all legal procedures required for this, otherwise it is not possible to use the name of the Tbilisi State Medical University.
