On October 11, 2018, from 10:30 till 16:00, the
action dedicated to the Blood Donor Day
will be arranged in the
"Blue Hall" of TSMU first study building. The action is
organized by the initiative group of
students - “Students for students” of TSMU. Blood donor can be any healthy
person from 18 to 60 years of age weighing 50-kg and more
Donor must not give blood if:

Have ever had a positive test for Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis, TB
·
Have ever had a positive test for HIV (AIDS virus)
·
Have no oncological or blood diseases.
Donor can give blood if during the last year:
• Has no
surgery;
• No contact with other people's blood;
• No pregnancy for the last 6 months (for women);
Blood Donor should be aware that:
• Blood donation is absolutely safe for health;
• Blood donor is obliged to answer all the
questions entered in the Donation Card, frankly;
• On the day of blood transfusion, it is best to
have a light breakfast and a sweet tea in the morning;
• Blood transfusions can be repeated in 2 months;
The goal
of the action is to promote donation in students.
