On October 26-27, 2018, the International Conference " Systems Biology – Fundmental Basis of XXI Century Medicine and Public Health" organized by Tbilisi State Medical University, Sachkhere Regional Hospital, I. BeritashviliCenter of Experimental Biomedicine and Tbilisi Municipality will be held at Tbilisi State Medical University. The conference will be focused on the importance of human sensitivity to radiation, chemical and environmental risk factors in development of tumors and other chronic diseases and the role of this phenomenon in the modern methodology of health risk assessment. The conference will present and discuss the results of experimental, clinical and population studies on the role of molecular mechanisms of cellular sensitivity adaptive-compensatory resources and phenomena of radiation hormezis in formation of human environmental sensitivity. A number of topical issues on genetic risks and clinical genetics will be discussed as well. International experts and leading specialists of the country will take part in the conference.
