The teams are required to undergo the following stages:
1. Any student can register team of three students of the same Higher Education Institution, via Facebook or 1tv.ge application.
2. Interview will be held with the registered teams.16 teams will be revealed by the “Bookshelf” creative group.
No limitation for numbers of registered teams from one Higher Education Institution.
Team members must meet the following criteria:
1. Active student in 2019-2020
2. Student of one concrete Higher Education Institution
3. Not to be a winner of previous “Bookshelf” program
