Joint School-Seminar for Personnel, Nurses and Physicians Providing Dialysis Therapy For the first time in Georgia
On October 15-16-17, 2018 Joint School-Seminar for Personnel, Nurses and Physicians Providing the Dialysis Therapy will be held. The course will be delivered by international speakers, which will once again emphasize the role of dialysis nurses work for nephrology patients. School - seminar training material is based on European and American guidelines and protocols, as well as international standards for dialysis. The program includes demonstration of practical skills, which will be conducted at the Department of Nephrology of High Technology Medical Centre.

The Aim of the Program:
Development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of personnel, particularly nurses working in this field.
The school-seminar is the first step towards establishing a Dialysis Nursing School that will be followed by organization of continuous professional development course at Tbilisi State Medical University in 2019 to increase professionalism of Dialysis Nurses.
