October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, entitled “Pink October”. Tbilisi State Medical University annually supports the international event and organizes campaign program.
On October 8, 2019, 14:00 speakers via Erasmus + Academic Staff Exchange Program from Medical University Pleven (Bulgaria) Prof. Ivanov Ivan Nedkov, Anatomic-pathologist and Assistant Prof. Vasil Nanev, Clinical-oncologist, will deliver lectures: “Diagnostic Features of Breast Pathology and Operative Treatment of Breast Carcinoma” and “Classical and Contemporary Methods” at TSMU, Administrative Building, “Council Hall”. The moderator of the event will be Assoc. Prof. Irakli Kokhreidze, TSMU Vice Rector.
