On June 1, 2013 Professor Michael J Lentze, Head of Department of Pediatrics, Children's Hospital Medical Center of the University of Bonn, Germany  visited TSMU Givi Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic.  Prof. Lentze gifted the clinic the equipment for gastrointestinal endoscopy and cardiac monitors for emergency rooms.

In the frames of the visit, Prof. Lentze delivered the lectures for Georgian and English medium medical students of Tbilisi State Medical University.
