On October 2-3, 2013 Guam Youth Forum – “Challenges and Opportunities” was opened in Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel. The forum participants were addressed by Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia, Levan Kipiani, Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs of Ukraine, Sergi Khlushchenko and Secretary General of GUAM, Valeri Chechelashvili.

The forum participants were representatives of Governmental and Non-Profit Youth Organizations from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova.

5 youth organizations were selected which participated in the forum. Among selected organizations was EMSA Tbilisi (European Medical Student Association Tbilisi) presented by head of Student and Alumni Relations Office of TSMU, Giga Sordia.

The goals of Guam Youth Forum are:
To develop platform for youth in GUAM countries
To analyze all recourses for youth organizations
To establish cooperation in youth politics between GUAM counties.
