From September 2 to September 5, 2013 Professor of Family Medicine Department of Tbilisi State Medical University  Givi Javashvili paid an official visit to Tirana, Albania to attend the meeting of European Academy of Teachers in General Practice/Family Medicine (EURACT).

The following issues were discussed in the meeting:
-The last meeting report
-The results of the monitoring of Health Care System and Primary Care in Albani
-The Reports of committees and work groups
-The plans

On the meeting EURACT decided the training course for teachers in Family Medicine - Leonardo-1 to be held in Georgia in 2015.
