On November 8 – 10, 2013 the Scientific-Practical Conference “Child & Adolescent Medicine VI” was held in the Red Hall of Tbilisi State Medical University 3rd Academic Building.
The organizers of the conference were: TSMU Course of Child & Adolescent Medicine, I. Paghava Scientific-Research Institute of Pediatrics, Children and Adults Health Association, Georgian Pediatric Association and the Fund “Sijansaghe” (“Health”).
The Conference was opened by the speech of Head of the Course of Child & Adolescent Medicine of Pediatric Department, Professor Karaman Paghava.
There were presented the various interesting themes in clinical pediatrics and gastroenterology. The conference guest, Professor Michael Lentze from University of Bonn (Germany) made the following presentations:
“The International Requirements How to Write a Scientific Article”
“Myths, Findings and Facts to use Prebiotics and Probiotics in Children”
“Allergic Gastrointestinal Diseases”
Interesting discussions followed the presentations at the end of the conference.
