On November 29, 2013 in the frames of the project launched by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia Professor of Hacettepe University (Turkey), Secretary of the European Pediatric Neurology Society, Prof. Dr. Banu Anlar visited to Givi Zhvania Academic Pediatric Clinic of Tbilisi State Medical University.

Professor Banu Alnar delivered the following lectures for TSMU medical students and residents in Givi Zhvania Academic Pediatric Clinic:
1. “Autoimmune Disorders of CNS”
2. “Approach to the Child with Global Developmental Delay”
3. “Childhood Myasthenia (Congenital and Inherited)”

The scientific practical conference about pediatric neurology and behavioral disturbances was held.

On the conference the speeches were made by Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Professor Zurab Vadachkoria, Head of the Direction of Children Neurology at TSMU, Professor Nana Geladze, Child psychologist Natela Imedadze and invited guest Hacettepe University Professor Banu Anlar.

Professor Banu Anlar visited to TSMU Clinical Skills Center and Laboratory, which is equipped with the latest educational medical technologies – modern computerized and sophisticated high technology educational devices – medical simulators. The laboratory aims to give efficient and up-to-date education in clinical and practical skills to future doctors.

Professor Banu Alnar participated in the discussion about rare clinical cases.
