The Second International Conference of Georgian Society of Clinical Oncology at Tbilisi State Medical University

 

On December 4, 2013 the Second International Conference of Georgian Society of Clinical Oncology was held in the Meeting Hall of Tbilisi State Medical University Administrative Building.

The conference was attended by oncology specialists and residents.

The conference was opened by Deputy Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Mariam Jashi, Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Professor Zurab Vadachkoria, Professor of Oncology Course of TSMU Department of Oncology & Hematology, President of Georgian Society of Clinical Oncology, Professor Rema Ghvamishava and Head of Department of Oral, Head and Neck Oncology, Professor Konstantine Mardaleishvili.

The conference was divided by sections and there were discussion held according to the themes.

In the frames of the conference the presentations of new website of Georgian Society of Clinical Oncology and new practical scientific journal – “Clinical Oncology” were held. In the journal the new approaches in oncology will be published.
