On January 31, 2014, a traditional Conference on Medical Sociology was held at TSMU Faculty of Public Health, (direction - Health Management, Policy and Economics), where the I course students of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation took part.

Very interesting materials and presentations, based on the world research and sociological surveys and compared with the own sociologic studies, were presented to the audience by the students. The special committee has selected the authors of  two best presentations: Davit Gagnidze, I -year student of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine and Ahmed Kaan Ozer, I -year student of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine (English medium).  According to Prof. Irene Zarnadze, development of scientific skills is very essential for the students and presentations contributes greatly in this matter.
