The cycle of the students’ educational projects - “Winter School 2014" was organized by TSMU students’ self-governing body, in Bakuriani.

Various training sessions were conducted for the representatives of different  faculties of the University. The topics  included interesting and problematic issues that  are really valuable matter of the future to think about and work on.

The training was led by Professor Irakli Amiranashvili, TSMU Department of Topographic  Anatomy. On the first day of the school seminar, the students were introduced to the theoretical part of primary care.

The next day was dedicated to a variety of disaster imitations  and practical  trainings  in first aid. The cycle of  trainings on  "primary emergency medical care" was held.

On the third day Prof. Marina Giorgobiani delivered lecture on “Radon problem concerning to  toxic chemical substances in everyday live ”

According to the students the Third International School – Seminar on "Scientific research methods and skills in public health" was an important source of knowledge and experience, especially practical skills developed at the workshop will be useful in their future professional activities.

Learning - cognitive part was organized so well and interestingly that for many students it became a prerequisite for a new professional interest.

Finally, at special ceremony, the students were nominated and awarded the certificates. According to the participants, it was one of the most beautiful and functionally busy days in their students’ life.
