In March 2014, a competition for  academic positions was held at Akaki Tsereteli State University (ATSU).  According to the request of ATSU Rector as the members of competition commission at ATSU Faculty of Public Health there were sent the following Professors of Tbilisi State Medical University: Kakhaber Chelidze, Irine Kvachadze, Zaza Bokhua, Nino Chipashvili, David Jincharadze, Head of Commission was -Irine Kvachadze.  Commission demonstrated competence, impartiality and professionalism in such sphere as selection of human resources, for which the members of the Competition Commission deserved gratitude and appreciation of the Rector of Akaki Tsereteli State University.
