TeleBridge /Teleconference Between the TSMU and Scranton University (U.S.) Students

The students of TSMU Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation have had the opportunity to establish direct contact with the ( U.S.) students of the same faculty of University of Scranton, once again.This is the perfect way for close acquaintance with  the American peer education level, to assess their views on specific or general professional problem.

Actually, through this way the TSMU  students are given the opportunity to feel themselves at the University of Scranton and to obtain the necessary experience.

On May 2, 2014, another telebridge was held Between the TSMU students of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the students of the same Faculty of Scranton University (U.S.).  The teleconference was attended by Associate Professor Lela Maskhulia, Head of TSMU Department of Rehabilitation Sciences (direction -physical medicine) and  academic staff of the same Department.

At this time clinical case was presented by Georgian students. TSMU students of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: Ana Burjanadze, Ana presented the topic -  “Rehabilitation after big-tibia bone  cyst auto-transplantation ” for consideration.  The presentation aroused great interest among American students. Both students and academic staff were involved in the discussion from both  sides. The next, fifth teleconference was planned where American students will present reports.
