Bulgarian Students Were Awarded the Certificates

On the background of the bilateral agreement on collaboration, signed between Medical University, Pleven (Bulgaria) and Tbilisi State Medical University to 12 undergraduate students of Tbilisi State Medical University are passing  summer school course in Bulgaria and Tbilisi State Medical University is hosting students from Bulgaria.

On August 14, 2014, George Abesadze, TSMU Vice-Rector, Nino Kanteladze, Chief Specialist of the Department of International Affairs and Salome Bezarashvili, Senior Specialist of the same Department met the students from Bulgaria: Iren Bogeva and Preslava Pristeva. They are the V and VI year students of Pleven Medical University (Bulgaria). Within the frame of  exchange program they passed practical course at N.Kipshidze Central University Clinic. According to Bulgarian students they were given the opportunity to gain important information and develop their practical skills in cardiology and surgery.

It was their first and significant practice at the clinic. Vice-Rector of the University George  Abesadze awarded the certificates to Bulgarian students and expressed the hope that their friendship with Tbilisi State Medical University will be continued. He wished success to the future doctors.
