Slovak Guests Provided Training at TSMU Multiprofile Clinic

On September 29-30, 2014, the Trainings, attended by doctors and nurses the ones that are going to work there after passing the competition, were carried out at TSMU Multiprofile Clinic.  

The theme of training: lung artificial ventilation by using “Hiren” artificial ventilation apparatus (Slovakia).  According to the information of Lasha Abesadze, General Director of TSMU Multiprofile Clinic, 25 “Hiren” artificial ventilation apparatus (Slovakia) were supplied by tender winner company “Unimed”. 

The clinic started installation and test-mode operation of this apparatus. Peter Ishtona and Jano Populak came from Slovakia In order to participate in this process. In addition, Mr. Lasha Abesade explained about the activities being in progress and future plans of the clinic in details.

According to Nodar Lebanidze, Head of the Department of Anesthesia-Reanimation of TSMU Multiprofile  Clinic competent, qualified  and professional staffing of the clinic is a priority for them. Competition will be maximally open and objective. Most importantly, every participant must take into account that they will have younger colleagues, residents, physician assistants. The core staff of TSMU Multiprofile Clinic will be engaged in teaching process, therefore, all should consider the need of pedagogical activity. “Hiren” equipments (Slovakia) are not new for Georgian doctors, this company has always been a famous brand in the Soviet Union… but the achievements the company presently has, in terms of new, high-end artificial respiration apparatus, are really surprising and fascinating.   

Jano Populak and Peter Ishton explained all the nuances concerning to using artificial ventilation apparatus and talked about the required skills. The audience listened with great interest to them. Beyond the business conversations the visitors recalled the story of a great friendship between Georgia and the Slovak Republic and the Slovak film "Racha My Love" that is still very popular in their home country. They expressed their hope that the friendship and cooperation will continue and will be mutually beneficial for both sides.
