On October 28, 2014, Prof. Viktor Snezhitskiy, Rector of Grodno State Medical University (Belarus) visited Tbilisi State Medical University, He was accompanied by representatives of  "Epid Development": Joseph Kvirtskhalia and Gia Sheradze.

The guests were welcomed by Professor ZurabVadachkoria, Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Kakhaber Chelidze, Vice-Rector of TSMU and  Irina Kapetivadze, Deputy Head of the Department of  International Affairs.

According to Professor Victor Snezhitskiy, they have a great desire to develop relationship with Tbilisi State Medical University, especially because TSMU has a lot of experiences to be considered very useful for the Grodno State Medical University. The guest described in details educational and health care the systems in Belarus. At the end, they signed a memorandum of understanding, which laid the foundation for a future cooperation between the two successful Universities.
