On November 20, 2014,  Professor Levan Berdzenishvili, First Deputy Chairman of Committee on European Integration (Parlaiment of Georgia), visited Tbilisi State Medical University to deliver a public lecture on family violence.  

The lecture was also attended by: Professor Zurab Vadachkoria, Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, the students and academic staff of Tbilisi State Medical University.

He interestingly talked about the situation in Georgia regarding to the rising frequency of family violence. He cited the  literary parallels and gave the examples from the  life of American and European societies.

The students listened with great interest to the lecture and asked  a number of questions to the guest who, as usual, easily found a poetic and interesting way to answer each of them.
