On December 16, 2014, Professor Zurab Vadachkoria, Rector of TSMU and Professor Kakhaber Chelidze, Vice-Rector of TSMU met with Tamaz Mchedlidze, M.D., Ph.D. and Mirian Amiranashvili, General Director of  “MedGroup Georgia”.

After signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Tbilisi State Medical University and "MedGroup Georgia", the guests met with Prof. Lela Maskhulia, Dean of TSMU Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, students and graduates of the same Faculty. During the meeting, the sides discussed the company plans for establishment of Wellness-Industry in Georgia. The guests presented a general plan of “Bioli” Wellness Resort located between Tsavkisi and Kojori, infrastructure and the opportunities, this project is offering for each graduate.
