On May 14-16, 2015 - the Congress of the European Society of Cardiology and  the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation - "EuroPRevent 2015" was held in Lisbon (Portugal), where participated Prof. Lela Maskhulia, Professor of TSMU Department of Rehabilitation Sciences (direction - Physical Medicine), Dean of TSMU Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

During the Congress, Prof.Lela Maskhulia participated in the workshop on "Sports Cardiology". She also gave a report-poster presentation on pre-participation/competitive screening of cardiovascular diseases, where the focus was made on the revealed pathologies and gained experience in terms of stratification of the risk of sudden cardiac death development in athletes and appropriate preventive measures.
