On May 29-31, 2015,  Tbilisi State Medical University hosted the Third International Conference of Pharmaceutical Sciences, devoted to the following areas: pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, biopharmacy, pharmaceutical analysis, validation methods, pharmaco-economics, pharmaceutical management and marketing, clinical pharmacy, pharmacology and chemistry and synthesis of biologically active substances. The slogan of the Conference  "With Traditions To The Future".

The special guests from the United States, Italy, South Africa, France, Austria, Iran, Greece and the Russian Federation visited TSMU to participate in the Conference. The conference was opened by Nana Gorgaslidze Director of I.Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry. Conference participants were welcomed by Rector, Professor ZurabVadachkoria. On May 31, 2015 the guests visited Gelati  and Sataplia.
