International School-Seminar in Armenia

On May 28-31, 2015, International School-Seminar for young scientists, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and Yerevan State Medical University, was held in Jermuk, Armenia. Professors Irene Zarnadze and Shalva Zarnadze, Associate Professors of TSMU Faculty of Public Health and Erna Pogosov, Master’s course  student of the Faculty of Public Health were in the organizing committee of the School-Seminar.

School-seminar was attended by: students and professors of TSMU Faculty of Public Health. Two presentations given at the seminar:,,Tourism Development in Georgia" by Mariam Sulaberidze and “Study-assessment of school-age children population in West Georgia” by Khatia Kldiashvili and Eka Bobokhidze.

During the event, participants expressed their willing to plan joint research activities and projects for the future. The participants visited Armenian historical and cultural monuments, and attended cultural and entertainment events.

Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia together with  Yerevan State Medical University awarded Certificates to all participants and wished them success in  future cooperation and joint research activities.
